Delivery & Safety
All posted items must be sent using a fully insured service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. We will confirm the shipping address and reference before dispatch, and can assist if needed.
Our 30-Day Buy-Back Guarantee
If you’ve purchased from us and change your mind within 30 days, we offer a buy-back at 90% of the live spot price on the day of return. This is our way of giving you added confidence when buying from JSCoins. Items must be returned in original condition, and payment is made after inspection.
