Gold Product Deliveries

All gold coins, bars, and bullion items are shipped exclusively via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is the only insured delivery method in the UK that covers precious metals in transit. It offers next-working-day delivery (after dispatch), full tracking, and requires a signature upon receipt.

Non-Gold Deliveries

Any non-precious metal items, such as accessories or empty packaging, will be shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24. This is also a secure, fast service and includes tracking and proof of delivery.

Dispatch Schedule

• Orders ship Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)
• Saturday dispatches are offered on select occasions, depending on order volume and availability
• Handling time: Orders typically dispatch within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation

Delivery Timeframe

While most deliveries arrive within 1–2 working days after dispatch, please allow a short window for processing — especially during busy periods. You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order is on its way.
