At JSCoins, we take pride in providing accurate descriptions, verified products, and secure delivery. However, due to the nature of the live precious metals market, certain return and exchange restrictions apply.

No Returns on Bullion or Gold Products

We do not offer returns on any gold or bullion products. This policy exists because prices are based on live market rates which can fluctuate daily. Once a product is purchased, its value is immediately subject to market movement, and we are unable to re-sell returned items under the same conditions.

Exchanges for Incorrect Orders

Exchanges are only accepted in the rare case of a mistake — such as receiving the wrong item, quantity, or specification. If you believe your order was incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a resolution. All exchange items must remain sealed and in their original condition.

30-Day Buy-Back Guarantee

Although returns aren’t offered, I personally stand behind every item sold. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, I offer a buy-back guarantee within 30 days at 90% of the live spot price on the day we receive your item.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item to ensure it matches the original condition, your payment will be processed via bank transfer within 24 hours. You’re welcome to contact us in advance to get an indicative offer before shipping.
